A: GRNLED offers low-glare LED lights with black reflectors or honeycomb lenses. The UGR<19 is our standard. For lower glare with lower UGR, contact us for a solution

A: You say non-glare, do you mean the lights provide comfortable and visually pleasing illumination without causing discomfort or visual disturbance? Then Yes. If you want UGR=0 recessed ceiling lights, then no.
