With a deep black reflector and quality LED chip, the light is soft, uniform, and easy on the eyes, with a low glare of less than 19 in UGR. Available in black/white/silver/gold reflector, perfect for modern spaces where visual comfort and aesthetics are a priority

A: You say non-glare, do you mean the lights provide comfortable and visually pleasing illumination without causing discomfort or visual disturbance? Then Yes. If you want UGR=0 recessed ceiling lights, then no.
