LED Tunnel Flood Light 50W-300W – Asymmetric Beam for Road & Railway Tunnel

This LED modular flood light starts at 50 watts on one module, with a maximum power of 600 watts. With a wide range of wattage options, it can be installed in a tunnel with 50W -200W, on top of the pole to be high mast floodlights, or to be used for football and basketball fields. When equipped with just one module, it is called a linear tunnel light, too. Built to marine-grade standards, this floodlight offers long-lasting performance, leading to significant cost savings.

Q1: Why an asymmetric beam for tunnels?
Symmetrical beam lights up walls, causing a zebra effect (alternating bright/dark stripes) on the road. Asymmetric beam directs light onto the driving surface, improving uniformity and safety.

Q2: Can I use this light in a high-humidity or chemical environment?
Yes. IP66 rating and corrosion‑resistant coating (≥500h salt spray) are standard. For aggressive environments (tunnel washing, de‑icing salt), we recommend optional IP67 and upgraded coating.

Q3: What is the difference between the T2, T3, and T4 beams?
T2 – narrower distribution for single lane low ceiling. T3 – standard for 2‑3 lane tunnels. T4 – wider spread for large section tunnels or long underpasses. Provide your tunnel cross‑section for a free Dialux simulation.
