A: The 3 circuit track assembly integrates three live copper conductors that run along its entire length. These conductors allow three lighting circuits to be switched or dimmed individually in the same installation
Q: What is the difference between single-phase and three-phase lighting?
A: Track lights currently have two-wires (conductors), there-wires, and four-wires. The two wires and the three wires are both 1 circuit （single phase）. The two wires are a live wire and a neutral wire. The three wires are a live wire, a neutral wire, and a ground wire (just like a triangle socket). This is done for safety. The four-wire has three circuits ( three phases). The purpose of this is to achieve intelligent control, such as which lights on a track rail I want to turn on and which lights to turn off. Four-wire is the only one that can be equipped with an intelligent dimming system. Europeans prefer it, so most four-wire track lights adopt European standards. India, Japan, and China generally like 2 wires, while Brazil, the United States, and some Southeast Asian countries prefer three wires. Generally speaking, the tracks of track lights are universal, but there are special cases.
