Q: Is photocell floodlight better than PIR motion sensor one?
A: Both are good, it depends on your application. If you need lighting that stays ON throughout the night → Photocell is better. If you want lighting that only activates when people or cars pass by → PIR is better.
Photecell led flood lights are widely used where continuous nighttime lighting is needed, such as parking lots, building exterior, street lighting. While PIR motion sensor floodlights are used in corridors, security areas, pathways where occasional lighting is needed.
